Thomas Partey is a Ghanaian footballer currently contracted at Arsenal.

 He plays a holding midfield role often times lying deep within  Arsenal's middle. In the forthcoming FIFA World cup, Partey's team has been drawn with Portugal, Uruguay and South Korea.

He seeks to see whether he can transfer his high - riding form to his national side which has been drawn in a very difficult group. The African side will really need inspiration to qualify for the last 32.

Partey has shone for his current club since his acquisition from Spanish giants Atletico Madrid. He is now playing with a much revamped Gunner side with the presence of Martin Odegaard, Gabriel Jesus, Zinchenko amidst others.

 The management has seen the Gunners change playstyle to suit  PL's pressing kind of play, a trick Arteta inherited from his former head coach Pep Salah Guardiola.

Thomas seeks to help Arsenal continue with their impressive start to the season with them currently second though they still play Nottingham Forest this Sunday 30/10/2022.

A win will see Arsenal top the EPL table with 31 points though this task still remain a mountain to climb with Nottingham having beat last campaign's runners up just in the last matchday. 

FPL managers will be hoping Jesus starts and scores to place the Gunners 2 points above Champions Manchester City.
